The light open restaurant is designed with a fusion of African, Arabic and Western style, tables are laid with red cloths, tin lanterns swing from the rafters, and there’s comfortable casual rattan seating.
The food is prepared by chefs at their cooking stations or presented on a traditional wooden fishing boat for a buffet. There’s something to appeal to all whether you prefer Greek salad, Caesar salad or Indian Ocean seafood salad; Middle Eastern lentil soup with cumin or hot pot with noodles, chicken, beef or fish skewers.
Drinks are all included and there’s a particularly good range of South African wines if you wish to try something different.
